If there's no built in program to do it (which I'm sure there is), PHM Tools provides the excellent PHM Keys to do this.

Start -> Settings -> System -> Screen and set the orientation fromt there.

Alternatively there is an icon on the taskbar.

but how its possible without icon
some programs (such ButtonMAX ) cant assign rottation function on hard button and maybe its possible to make some batch file or just run some file from /windows wich make screen roration
