Resco File Explorer will let you create and access network shares..
So, if the two Universals are connected to a AP, then it'll be no problem..

Using two Universals in an Ad-Hoc network, I don't know..

Use Bluetooth..

1. create an adhoc connection...
2. create static IPs for both devices in network settings
3. connect both the devices to the adhoc connection
4. create a network share using the IP of the other device
5. transfer files now ;-)
