The T-Mobile ROM doesn't let you change the OS via exe file.
It could only be done now via SD-card.
If you want to change your rom you need an >32MB SD-card [there is no other way now to change OS].
Instructions how to flash ROM via SD are here http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Wallaby_HT_FlashSD

is there any way to do it without an sd card reader in the pc through the sd slot of the xda?

Yup, it is a way to do this by XDA card slot.
You just have to select in osimagetool "XDA SD card slot" in "destination" menu. As source you select OS file that you want to put into SD.
But you have to have itsutils.dll in \Windows on your XDA to do it this way[this file can be found on ftp://xda:xda@ftp.xda-developers.com/Wallaby/Tools/itsutils.zip (in \build)].
