I search last working frensh ROM version for Qtek S100 .

This info from it :

ROM version : 1.11.02 FRE
ROM date : 03/15/05
Radio version : 1.11.00
Protocol version : 1337.42
ExtROM version : 1.11.140. FRE

The wiki contains links to the latest known roms, eg this one ftp://xda:xda@ftp.xda-developers.com/Magician/Shipped_ROMS/FRA_11202_125_11210_ship.exe

Might be that there's a French 1.13 @ the ftp to. Just look for it @ tp://xda:xda@ftp.xda-developers.com/Magician/Shipped_ROMS
