Active(NOT)sync 4.1

Against all the odds U have got my XDA Mini S to sync with Activesync 4.1 both at home (music) and work (work). However, my work connection drops constantly, doesn't like disconnecting and then reconnecting and now it seems it isn't doing it's primary job of synchronising.

I have an Outlook calender entry that has been removed, but it is still showing on my XDA despite soft resets, sync's, repeated banging, etc.

Bizarre! Anyone else suffering ? :?

I reinstalled the latest version from MS, dated 20th Jan (although it's the same version number I've had since last year) and used a direct USB port(not a replicator one) and hey Tesco! it seems to have worked. Then again the a[ppointment could just have dropped off the radar.
