Hi there anyone experiencing ActiveSync issue with the following information

Support Code: 0x85010001

Result: Your account in Microsoft Exchange Server does not have permission to synchronize with your current settings.

hi there,

i think this is because you are accessing the web mail at the same time. log off from the account, remove all the setting and softreset your device.
then set it again.

this solved my problem.
