Now COMM MANAGER/WIFI are forbidden in China(Phone),so Chinese editon in XDA minS/Dopod838/Qtek9100 is poor functional.Would you crack it? Thank you in advance.

I am not an expert but there are 2 kinds of limitation.

Hardware or software. Does the chinese version comes with or without Wifi?

If it does, then you may have a software limitation. Then what you will need to do is to flash your ROM with a fully working version.

they got the info...but some of them DON'T have the wifi chip in their 838.
