sd (securedigital) speed on ppc...is it important?

as subjact...i have a 1gb 133x sd on my jam....i want a 2gb sd but unfortunally my ppc reads 2gb with low speed(66x for ex. sandisk 2gb ultraII)does the speed is very important for application/games on my jam? tom tom....emulators etc...thx :)

So far these devices treat SD cards like a hard drive. So the only time their speed will be a factor is during loading and saving of files (program launch = load file).

so not problem with games emulator etc...more seconds to load or save a thing...yes?

i play with psx emulator on my jam without problem with my 1gb 133x so no problem during game with a 66x?
