How to turn on/off Wireless LAN !

I am trying to turn on/off the wireless LAN on a XDA IIs, through a Win32 application for Windows CE 5, I can discover the NDIS driver and scan the existing networks, but I cannot turn the radio ON and OFF programatically.

Does anyone know how can I do this?
