How can i unlock this phone


1.download this file.
2.connect your phone with ActiveSync,and run the unlock.exe.
3.reboot you phone.
4.Ok,Thay is All.

My Qtek 8100 is lucked on operator ONE Austria. When connect the cable to phone, it askin for a password form activesync.. and I can't star the unloker.exe.. how can get this code ?
