Send/recieve (Easier acess)

Hi,

Is there any way to get a shortcut to send/recieve? (windows Mobile 5)

Its a pain to have to go start>>messaging>>>menu>>>send/recieve.

I would like to be able to check for mail quickly (Without my boss seeing me!!!)

Also, could you have a look at this post on email retrieval please?
