Magician ROM Upgrade - ERROR 150

I'm following the Magician ROM upgrade procedure in the wiki page to upgrade my O2 XDA mini. When I run the MaUpgradeUt_noID program the following error message appeared:

ERROR 150 ROM UPGRADE UTILITY ERROR

Anyone know how to resolve this problem.

If you would have search before posting you will find alot of Post with same problem and alse this one that I foudn the solution for me

and it is upgrading right now while i am typing the message hope it will work i am at 55% now :D
