HTC Charmer The Greatest Prob. Flash Rom

PLEASE HELP!!!
I think i killed my MDA Compact II (HTC CHarmer)
I tryed to flash it, it do by 100% but now is nothing to do i think!
I´m sorry about my english, it´s bad!

Now i can use it like a flash or i dont know now what i can do...
It boots to O2 Screen when i put the Batterie off an the Power cable on.
The Display Blink White and the Led to, and so.....thats it!
I cant connect to PC but the USB cable is not the same like the Power Cable.
I can´t get an connection about USB!!!
Now i´m very sorry about my english but can anybody Help me?

The System what i can see on my sreet at boot is:

IPL 1.05
SPL 1.05
GSM 01.09.10
OS 1.5.4.2

Can i try to flash with SD? Whitch ROM?
I think my great Prob is that i didn´t had an Backup about my device!!!!!

See if you can get into the bootloader. With the phone off, hold down camera and plug in the usb sync cable until the screen comes up. Then you can use flash a new rom to it. Unfortunately the only install package avaliable for the charmer is the wwe english version so your stuck with that unless you can find a german sd backup to flash afterwards. you'll probably need to use Wizard_RomUpgradeUtility_noID first to install it.

It´s not work when the usb sync cable is connected!
It only works with the power cable. But when i go to the bootloader with the power cable and switch to usb sync cable the screen is Black!!!

Can i use a SD-Card flash???

Hello,
Ihave killed my mda compact 2 with wrong Rom (Qtec)

Now the mda come only in bootloader modus with power plug in !!!!
without usb or serial sign on the left side !!!

with original usb cable it does only blinking the Display !!


Have i a change with usb cradle ???
what can i do ???

you should be able to use an sd backup, once youve got one on the card entering bootloader will prompt you to download it.
