XDA ROM upgrade what's happened??

Hi all,

Big issues!! I upgraded my ROM to 4.20.?? and all appeared to be working fine but now when I press the on/off button the XDA turns off and I can't turn it back on except if I soft reset.

Also, I can't see to upgrade or downgrade the ROM. An error comes up saying the connection had been inaccessible.

Is there an easy way to downgrade the ROM. This problem all came about because the sound on my XDA kept dropping in and out!! Now there's no sound and a few OTHER issues!!

Any help would b greatly appreciated.... anything at all!!

Have you installed a "clean" ROM or with included applications?
Very often KSE Truefax causes this issue....

What do you mean by 'clean ROM'?? As far as I'm a aware there weren't any extra applications (I did not cook the ROM in the kitchen if that's what you mean??)

I downloaded it from the FTP here & loaded it through the USB cradle.

Any ideas??

Ok. So you have a "clean ROM" when it is directly from the ftp.....

In the beginning it worked for you?
Have you installed any appliacations on it?

Haven't installed any additional applications... the OS works fine... it's just that there's no sound and when I press the on/off it turns off altogether and I have to soft reset.
