Converting from German ROM to English ROM for MDA III

Hello everyone!

I'm new to this site.
I just received my T-mobile MDA III from Germany.
I was wondering if anyone knows how I could convert its German ROM to an English ROM so I can start using it ASAP.

and reflash Your brick

I've tried that software already.
It doesn't work. It gives me country error.
It says since the country of origin is Germany, I cannot do this ROM upgrade using that doftware.

Any other way that I can delete the original German ROM and install an English ROM?
