Newbie: Help with loading new ROM

I downloaded the Cingualr 8125 ROM from the FTP site. It is a zip file. When unzipped it has a file extension of NBA. What tool do I use to load the NBA file into the Cingular 8125?

Look around on this forum, there's plenty of info to find about flashing your device with a different ROM!! ;)
