Registry Editor (Edit SP5/8310 directly from PC)
1. Mobile Registry Editor:

3. To install apps I learned that you need to unlock your SP5/Qtek 8310
you do this by using the RegeditSTG directly on the phone and change the following keys ..
Then change the following values to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies\0000 1001 = 1
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies\0000 1005 = 40
That is all, still learning, this phone is hella fun :)
