Changing SMTP Email Port Settings ?

I'dd like te change my smtp port settings casue my provider blocks port 25 so I need to set 2525 as alternative port. That works wel in windows, but my t-mobile vario doesn't :( :(

I've searched and found this link for the Magician

but that doesnt work on the vario.

also have I searched the reg (with resco explorer regedit plugin) with no results. the only port I'm finding is port 110. but the needed port 25 to change into 2525 I not able to find.

have you verified on a less restrictive account that adding the port number to the server name doesn't work? It should work just fine like that.

I've upgraded my Vario with te tmobile
ROM VERSIE 1.6.2.2.NLD ( I had the ROM VERSIE 1.3.2.3.NLD) and now it works for 1 smtp account. The other one doens't. That one still goes trough smtp.gprs....tmobile

strange thing is that it are 2 accounts on the same server with the same settings (tripple checked it.)

But never the less. It works for one. so maby the next upgrade it will work for both (or more)
