Yes. For example, CoPilot Live|Pocket PC 6 let a home-based user, via CoPilot's website, see the location (GPS coordinates) of a mobile user using CoPilot Live|Pocket PC 6 with a mobile Internet connection (GPRS connection, etc...) http://www.alk.com/copilot/pocketpc.asp
