I try to log-in on a displayed website of my carrier, but I get a message:
Can I change an install or ad a software in order to be able to on the website?

Assuming PIE supports frames (I imagine it does!), you can edit your useragent string by hand. Have a search through your registry. I think:
HKLM \ software \ Microsoft \ CurrentVersion \ Internet Settings \ User Agent.
Tweak2k will do this nicely.
