MDA Vario 1.6.2.103 NLD Extended ROM explained

I have the impression that the T-Moble ExtROM does much more than is needed to get a smoth operating device.
Also, from their filenames, I have the impression that some customisations are in fact patches to programs in the OS ROm 1.6.2.2

I flashed my Wizard with the Qtek 1.6.7.1 WWE ROM (I hate it when computers start talking in dutch), but would like to get the needed T-Mobile things.
Off course I backed up my ExtROM.
This is the from the T-Mobile 1.6.2.103 ExtROM config.txt.

SHOW:\Extended_ROM\TMO_WallPaper.bmp -> Shows wallpaper during customisation. Not Needed.
EXEC:\Extended_ROM\cusTSK.exe \Windows\T-Mobile.tsk -> Installs T-Mobile (pink!) theme. Not needed
CAB: \Extended_ROM\Signed_UNI_TMONL_Conn_112101.CAB -> Guess its the connection settings for T-Mobile NL. Needed for T-Moble NL users.
CAB: \Extended_ROM\UNI_BrowserPerformance.sa.CAB
CAB: \Extended_ROM\Signed_DiscoButton8.sa.CAB -> Gues its the buttonbar on Today. Not handy imho so not needed.
CAB: \Extended_ROM\Signed_Wiz_NoGPRSAutoattach.sa.CAB
CAB: \Extended_ROM\Signed_TMO_EU_UA_051003.sa.CAB
CAB: \Extended_ROM\Signed_UNI_TMONL_Set_111101.CAB

CAB: \Extended_ROM\Signed_TMO_CameraDriverPatch.sa.CAB -> No idea. Camera version on QTek is 3.00 (build 21954). Check with MDA vario version/build to determine if its needed. Anyone?

It includes EXT. ROM and comments what each file does, but I notice you have found some out already.
