WM5 BA device faster with Microsoft.net Framework 2.0 ??

hi,
i have istalled Microsoft.netFramework 2.0 for ppc WM5 with a cab file. And now my daily syncronisation is very fast ( done in 1 min, befor 5 minutes!) Navigation and Deviceperformance is also faster
