Order of application starts in the autostart folder

Is there any order when the apps are started in the autostart folder?

I ask this because i want to start an overclocking tool before all other apps. Furthermore i want to have some apps (e.g. one program for Navi) be started automatically after start - but is it possible to delay the apps for some amount of time since a lot of apps wants to start (e.g. the phone). Is it possible to control this behaviour?

The order of programs launched from \windows\startup folder is unspecified. If you need to exactly specify the order, you'll need to launch a program throught adding it to HKLM\Init registry key. More info can be found on MSDN.
