I recently downgraded (with the xda dev edition) my TMobile wallaby, unlocked it, and am using it with att. I'm VERY happy and appreciate all the information provided here on the subject.
I brought the OS up to 4.01.16 and the radio is still at 6.24.00...
It's a bit slow, though and locks up a lot (no other added software). I know the rec. rom is 4.01.12, but noticed there is only a GER version. Is there an ENG one around? and is the 6.24.00 stack ok or should I roll the dice and change to a known "better" one?
All I'm looking to do with this critter is make/receive calls and sync my contacts and calendar with outlook... the rest is unnecessary.
