Phone book transfer to sim on Kjam,Qtek 9100, 8125

Is there a way to transfer all of your phone book to the sim card? I see that you can do it one by one, but is there a way to tranfer it all at once.

there is a cab file which after you install it, you can select more than one contact at a time, or you can select all the contacts.

i got this from a friend & i'm not sure if it's already posted here before, my apologies if so.
