GER Rom to WWE Rom. Help needed

I'm the owner of T-mobile MDA3 with German ROM and I want to upgrade to english language WWE.
So far I discover the following Device data and I need your help to recommend me the correct ROM file.

Should I use the Mobile MDAIII BA_TMNL_14200_119_11300_Ship.exe ROM?

Same thing here... waht i did was this.

Download the latest version of the ROm (by T-mobile) extract it to a dir

Dowload "MaUpgradeUt_noID" extract it to the same dir

then dubbel click "MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe" and it is done...
