Receive a FAX - KSE Truefax 2.0

i cannot receive a fax on my MDA Compact.
Is not clear to me if i have to answer to phone-FAX call and switch on the KSE sw or if i have to switch on the KSE sw, wait untill it shows "Waiting for a call" and then receive the FAX...a bit confused on how it works....thanks in advance.

Generally speaking you would have to run KSE and select "receive" and then get the call. It basically requires to talk to the fax sender beforehand. I never got it to work though. Did some research and KSE claims in their homepage that many/most providers are blocking incoming fax calls by default because the want to sell you this feature as an additional option. Contact your provider to find out if that is the case...
