htc prophet and activesync

hi,

i am (still) studying the purchase of a htc prophet-type device. i notice in the documentation that activesync 4 is mentioned.

at work, we have "closed" pcs where i will not be able to add or modify software. these pcs currently have activesync 3.71. is this going to be a problem ?

Yes, I believe any WM5 device requires Activesync 4 or higher.
