CONFUSED: HSPDA SUPPORTED OR JUST UMTS?

I am really confused that if Hspda is supported by HTC Universal or not...? I know that there is Umts support and Hspda is one level beyond technology over Umts by speed...

Unfortunately there is no umts neither hspda in Iraq... Actually i am living in Turkey and Irag is for some business.There are some rumours that 3g and hspda support will be available by Turkish mobile networks in 2006.
