i-mate JAMin standby mode - changes brightness

Every few hours my i-mate JAMin get into sort of standby mode - and then, when I try to "wake" it I can see the display in the minimum britness possible. I the need to find my way in the dark and manualy changes brightness to higher britness mode.
Why does this happen? Did it happen to someone?

This happened to me to when I recived my Dopod 818 Pro in december. I figured it out and and haven't had any problems since then. But right now I can not rememeber how I did. :( I will get back to you!
