Flashing vivi's WM5.0 v1.71a 64

ummm.. .this ight be a difficult task but i forgot how to flash a ROM, so can u please post the step by step flashing process, and if u can add the 80MB Ext. Ram option to it as an add-on because on buzzdev.net it spans over several threads, it must be summarized into one thread only because as i noticed, there are lots of players who want to have 80MB rather than 96!

Hi, I a mnew to all this. How do I determine whether the ROM version WM5.0 v1.71a 64 is suitable for my PDA phone - DoPod 818 Pro?

Go to the Wiki (as per ramram's link or look at the home page descriptions of the various PDAs) and look up what your pda model corresponds to (if you have a DoPod 818 Pro I think that is an HTC Prophet, but can't swear to it so look it up on the very first page (you can also follow the link to the wiki at the top left of this page)).

Then go to the forum for your device and search/ ask question/pick up ROMs there. FYI the ROM must match the pda and you are currently in the Himamlaya forum (XDAii, etc) (i.e. a Himalaya ROM will not work in a Prophet etc).
