anyone with a Jabra BT800 know if the ear support arm can come off? I wish to use the device without this piece.

yes it can - the 'grey' ring around the ear piece can be pulled off and replaced quite easily, if you're careful you shouldn't damage it.

it's quite a nice unit without the ear-clip, but then you're going to get arm-ache again. ;)
