Qtek and Exchange server

hi!

I have following problem:

I receive email without problems on my Qtek 9000 via my Exhange server.

But when i reply and email, the recepient dont get my reply. Even though i can see its syncs correctly and sends the mail. Also i do not have anything in any other folders than "inbox". Somehow it doesnt sync "sent items" "deleted items".

When I then look in my "sent items" on my PC, the reply i did on the qtek is shown as pure rubbish, like this:
