freeware event countdown timer

anyone know of the name or link for an event countdown timer,
you know you enter a date and time
and it counts down the remainding time left.

Hi,

you might have a look at StopTime (http://home.comcast.net/~jonsachs/) or York's PocketTime (http://www.ppc4all.com/appdetail.php?id=2379). Both of them are freeware. Haven't tested them myself, but they should fit your needs.
