Soft keyboard gone mad!

Keyboard gone mad on my MDA Compact! I tried couple things such a Soft reset, safe mod, changing keyboard skin etc. and nothing of this helped! When I'm writing SMS there is no status bar, with intellipad are things worst, and I can drag and drop keyboard anywhere on screen if I click and drag on "grey" bar above first row on qwerty keyboard...

Here is the list of currently running pocesses; maybe one ot two process are missing?
