SIMlock provider is locked pls HELP for SPV M500 :(

Mates I have done these for two SPV Brand New M500,I ve tried so many things but I couldnt resolve the problem.I only need help from ur experiences,if you have had and resolved the same problem pls reply for this new member.I am afraid of loosing these two M500.I am also ready to give money for Orange but I really dont know what to do for the next.I will be waiting for ur replies.
