There is an article (http://support.microsoft.com/Default.aspx?kbid=905013) on MSFT's site explaining different paramenters to play with for optimal push email experience.
Did anyonte try changing heartbeat interval to lower traffic amount? As I understood, the interval is set for each device individually. Does anyone know the registry keys on the device to be altered to change the defauld heartbeat interval?
There is an article (http://www.geekzone.co.nz/content.asp?contentid=5915) at Geekzone saying that heartbeat traffic alone (not including emails) consumes around 12MB per month.
