problems with a new mda

but i think its a better forum for it so sorry about that.

i'm haveing loads of problems with my new mda and need some advice regarding updateing the software on it

any help is real real apreciated

ok so i've been reading i got the phone in to boot loader so its displaying usb v1.00 i tryed running the rom and i got the country id error

i downloaded the no id wizard but now when i run that i'm getting
"error 264: connection"

and its telling me to check tothat the phone is connected which it is because when i plug it in xp tels me that a new device has been connected

any ideas ?

chears buddy that worked a charm the one thing i wasnt doing was changeing the usb settings in active sync.
