I have never liked having all my pics dumped in a single folder. I found this reg entry that has the camera create a folder based on date.
hkey_local_machine\software\htc\camera\captparam\E nableDateFolder=0/1
0 = default
1 = enable.
For those that use PPC Web Cam, this will mess up their function as this app will be looking in the wrong dir. I'll e-mail this author about this option in the phone so he can check it's status in future releases.
