Upgrading ROM for qtek9090

I have a Qtek 9090 ROM 1.22.03 ESN (11/12/04) Mobile Version 1.06.02

I have no idea on how to upgrade the ROM. My other problem is that I have a MAC so most of the installation programs are difficult to run. I use PocketMac. I can run Virtual PC on my MAC but is not very stable.

I bought this phone on Spain becasue it was cheeper :) but I prefer the ROM in English.

I know that PocketMAC only runs with Windows 2003, but maybe there is a better option than ROM 1.22.03 ESN
