treo style device locker

hey i just played with a treo 700w and 1 feature i really liked is that when you turn the device off then turn it on the screen and the buttons stay locked until you press the center (action) button. can someone make that type of software for an apache or a wizard? thanks in advance

its called BUTTON LOCK and as far i know all HTC devices have it,it part of windows mobile operation system.

thats not what i mean. i want the device to be locked WHEN i turn it on and be prompted to press the center button to unlock it. i take you have never seen a treo 650 or 700 so you may not knwo what i am talking about
