WiFi Dead

I installed a few apps on my O2 Mini S last night, then this morning the wireless wouldn't work. I can go into comm manager and click the WiFi icon but it just shows greyed out with an X next to it. I can see the 'SDIO WLAN Wireless adapter' in Network Cards, but Ministumbler shows 'No Wireless' and windows won't show any networks in range. The only thing I could think this could be is a registry problem, I ran tweaks2k2 today, and the wizard registry wizard yesterday.

Please help me fix this one, the thought of installing everything again makes me want to cry :(
