minisd card with raw format

when i made a rom backup on the minisd-card my xda mini s will not recognize the card again. is there a possibility to format the card without having a pc (no adapter from minisd to sd)

Same problem here afte using wiz backup. Some of the tools here don't seem to work but for a few devices with fingers crossed. I thought my Wizard was the issue but tried my card on PC and still cannot format it. It was working fine before I used the Wizbackup to backup my rom
