HELP - Can not save my current ROM...

Help Please.

I'm using the OSImageTool.exe to save my current ROM so I can try to SIM unlock my phone. This is what I have done:

Double click osinagetool.exe
source: Device Memory (current rom)
Destination: d:\rom

Error message:
unsupported target filetype
don't know how to write destinationfile d:\rom

Any help would be great.

maybe you can try to make in d:\rom.nb1 (i thought that was the extention)
