help with sd card please

the other day i put my sd card in a friends Tungsten Palm and now its back in my exec i cant delete or save anything on the card. how do i format the sd card back to my exec? I can view and play the stuff from the sd card on my exec, i just cant save or delete anything, please help.

Did you or your friend by any chance happen to flick the read/write lock on the side of the card, perhaps?

what a plonker i am. Ive been using pocket pc's for a couple of years now and i cant believe i didnt check this before i posted my question. I feel such a fool. Thanks for making me look stupid :oops:
