hey guys. could anyone tell me if there is a specific config of car chargers for the universal? i am planning to buy one from ebay

it seems to be a universal pda charger plz let me kno if it is fine. also i ll be using it in India. any idea if it ll work there properly ( i am not sure of the earthing method used there). i wud really appreciate it if u cud answer asap.

I bought one like this (not the same brand but the same idea) and it works fine - I think most newish cars have a standard cigar lighter socket so as long as your car isn't old or from a strange local manufacturer - I imaging that you'll be OK...

again different brand but does work a treat the and even charges my motorola headset at the same time to.

The description "universal" is often used to refer to something that connects to a range of devices and models, and does not necessarily refer to the HTC device named the "Universal".

by universal i meant that it seems to work for all usb chargable devices ( as according to the seller). the issue is that most of the pda s in the market hav different power ratings.
