Problems with WiFi

Hello,

I'm new in the forum, so on the begining I would like to say "hello world" :)

My problem is with wifi module.

In my flat it works ok, but the range is not so high as in laptop.
But in my office there are problems.

My laptop is connecting with no problems to open AP (ap is open, no mac filtration, no encryption). But Wizard sees the AP but can't connect to it.
Where is the problem ?

Can You help me with that ?

Have you done the DJVW HTC Wizard Optimizer 2.0.cab install. I had the same problem. What happens is that the wizard comes with 54g disabled, and if the AP only does 54g, you cannot connect. This update will activate 54g on the wizard.

Had the same problem when I first had my, didn't do much to get it working. Switch off powerd the wiz back on again, forsome reason it got connected. I've got USrobotic wireless router and the sitting on the wiz is as follows
SSID-USR9106
MODE-INFRASTRUCTURE
BSSID-00-CD-49-D3-EB-91
TX RATE-AUTO
CHANNEL-11
This might diffa from you set-up, but it worked for me.
