Can I view a webcam using IE

I can get on line and view the web but can't see a web cam image.

I have done the HTML over WAP regsistry edit.

Can anyone help

Yes interesting question. I use to look at webcams with my smartphone without problem. one of the sites I used to use is

http://www.webworldcam.com/pdahtml/indexpda.htm

but now appears mainly pay site bah!

most other sites don't work cuz they need java or popup.
Occ one does work though if you persist ans search ;)
