Is possible to back from WM2003 to 2002 at RSU v 4.21.0

I want to back to old Windows Mobile . Today upgraded RSU . Why ? Because of vwery weak GSM singal .Mostly I have only dot ot dot+bar under antena icon .All bars i saw only when I was near GSM station ( about 200 meters ) . I read that the WM2002 doesn't have this problem .Of course update RSU doesny help :(

So can I do this :?:

there is so many versions of RSU , WM rom-s I get lost in this . Only know to not dowgrade RSU , Use version RSU 4.xx to PW10A .

YOu could downgrade your ROM easily via EXE-File or SD-Card. BUt some ROMs have a limitation in it, so that you can only up- / downgrade via SD-Card. If you use a EXE fiele you get an error 011.....

I've got WM2002 from the kitchen ( with no modifications) . Does it have this limitation ?
