Upgrade Dopod 818 ROM

Hi, I have read a lot of very good messages on this board, but to be honest I'm very new to ROM upgrades... and so far I have not succeded in upgrading my Dopod 818. I have some Bluetooth problems that I would love to disapear, and a new bluetooth manager is in fact what I need.

I have at the moment the following system:
Dopod 818
PM10A
IMEI: 354819002383920
ROM version: 1.0.5.00 WWE
ROM date: 12/24/04
Radio version: 1.05.00
Protocol version: 1337.39
ExtROM version: 1.05.110 WWE

Windows Mobile 2003 second edition,
version 4.21.1088 (build 14235.2.0.0)

Can any of you please point me in the right direction to what ROM I could use, as a couple I have tried have failed with device not responding or wrong type.

should have been in the Magician forum... keep reading and you will find the answer, I found it finally and here is the way to do it:

1. Remove the USB option from Activesync
2. Run the downloaded ROM upgrade program from PC
3. When start screen appears, find the temp folder files and copy
to new upgrade directory.
4. copy "MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe" program to same directory on PC
5. put Dopod in bootloader: press camera + power-on + reset
6. start the MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe program and wait for upgrade to finish.
